About Dominik
Dominik loves real estate and has been involved in the business of real estate from the age of 16. He has been an active real estate investor since 2001 and became a realtor at the age of 21. In Illinois, California, and Florida he was/is a licensed realtor. Dominik has launched several successful companies and held contractor’s licenses in two states. He has been married for 14 years to his wife Kristin and has a 10 year old daughter named Nicoya, and a 3-year-old Labradoodle named Scooby. Dominik loves to travel and explore new places. He is originally from Poland but has been in the United States for over 20 years.
Dominik understands that the real estate process can be overwhelming. His team’s most important task is always to make the process as pleasurable as possible by making his clients feel like family.
High integrity and a no pressure approach has always been his way of doing business. He is a branding and marketing expert. Dominik loves to use new technology to maximize the marketing budget for his clients. He strives to maximize the productivity of his team to make sure they are on top of all transaction processes for their clients. He has spent thousands of hours in educating himself in real estate strategies and the most cutting-edge marketing strategies.
Dominik holds an E-Pro certification, from the National Association of Realtors, that certifies his use of cutting edge technology and digital initiatives to improve your real estate experience. He also holds a Military Relocation Professional certification, MRP, which verifies his knowledge in helping Military families during relocation. He would be happy to help you and your family find your new home or sell your existing one in a no-pressure, friendly, and professional atmosphere.
About Maggie
Maggie is an essential part of the team. She has been working with Dominik in real estate since 2001. She has a BA in Organizational Leadership and has always been a leader in our team. Maggie is an innovator and always thinks outside the box in order to get the job done. She was/is licensed in Illinois, Wisconsin, and Florida. She also was a broker in Illinois and Wisconsin and owned her own real estate company for several years. Maggie is also an active real estate investor with a portfolio of over 14 properties for the last 20+ years. She currently provides service for those in and near St. John’s Florida.
Maggie has a 6 year old daughter named Maya and a Poodle named Max. She loves to learn just about anything, read, be in nature, and is very social. Maggie’s positive, warm, and outgoing attitude is always something that draws people in. People tend to make life long connections with her. She truly has a heart to help others.
About Anna
Anna is a valuable support staff member of our team, who loves what she does and does it really well: anything from ensuring our customer’s satisfaction, office coordination and management. She holds multiple associate degrees in business-related fields, holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing as well as a Master’s in Business Administration. She has been a trusted member of our team since the beginning and will ensure that your transactions will run as smoothly as possible.
Her goal in our company is to aid and assist our customers and their families in their real-estate transactions and allow for those to run as seamlessly as possible and ensuring these transactions are as stress-free as possible. Anna will be happy to assist you and your family.
Anna is a mother of two: a six-year old and a toddler. She understands our customer’s time constraints and a fast-pace life. She also has two adult rescue puppies, as well as being a dog-foster mama from time-to-time. One can easily and quickly spark a conversation with her about dogs and animals in general. In her free time, she loves nature and outdoor activities, taking hikes, visiting farms and the like. In recent years, she had also discovered her passion for gardening, growing her garden from one little vegetable patch into two grand veggie gardens and a flower area.
